Taking a quick look through my May issue of Hemmings, I noticed a photo of the 1954 Adventurer II on page 57. This was when the car was at the Glenmoor Gathering in Canton, Ohio. I didn't know that this car was going to be so close - I thought it was in a museum in CA. The photo caption states that the owner, Chuck Swimmer, is from San Diego. Checked out 2011 roster, but didn't find his name there. Anyone know what other car shows this car is going to be at? It would be nice to see it up close and do an article about it for the club's magazine.
Also, on page 24, is an article about 1956 Fireflite convertibles and how their prices have gone up significantly over the last few years. Some nice photos, but I didn't see who the proud owner is.

well, there was that car that was the highest bid at 2011 Barrett-Jackson...
It's supposed to be fun!
