Hi folks
I am still looking for high quality photos for next year's calendar. Although I took lots of pictures at the convention, I prefer to use those that are submitted by members if they meet the criteria.
The criteria you ask? The photo needs to be high resolution. At this late point, I have to ask that submissions are electronic; they should be at least 1MB in file size, preferably several times larger. The photo needs to be high quality when blown up to fit an 8½ x 11 page. If not, I cannot use it.
The composition of the picture improves your chance of making the calendar. The background should not be “busy” such as a row of cars at a show (the picture should primarily be of your car, not the entire row) or in the garage with lots of stuff stacked around to distract from the vehicle. “Cutesy” photos that include pet, kids, etc., while great for the coffee table scrapbook, will also have a much more difficult time making the calendar.
