I have been restoring a 1961 Desoto and am now complete. Old Cars Weekly has done a article on the car and I am including it below:

Mike,
What a great story! Every member needs to click on that link and experience that wonderfully related saga.
My Dad's last DeSoto was a '59 Fireflite Sportsman, black with the Adventurer trim package. Its 383 whomped many a 409 and 406 after a visit to the Frisches Mainliner.
My efforts to find it have been futile to date, so my '40 sedan and '42 coupe will have to fill the void.
Once again, a big "Atta Boy" for a job superbly executed!
