Hello!
I have find a new roto assembly :P .I rebuild the tranny and it runs. My new question is , what kind of oil is the best for the torque converter ? W 10 ?

Orlof, you can also use hydraulic fluid grade 32. It is the same viscosity as 10 wt. Some say it is better than 10 wt. non detergent for these transmissions. I have had it in my '52 for several years now and it works fine. Should be easier to find.

I too agree with Les on using Hydraulic Oil #32 vs Non-Detergent 10 Weight
Motor Oil for the Fluid Drive Unit.

At Farm Equipment or Construction Supply places because these type of machinery use it. Here it is sold in one quart container's at a higher price per volume than a five gallon container.

If you want to later change your seals of the unit, ... use any Automatic
Transmission that you want to.

Hello!
I speak with a oildealer.He said I can use HLP 22 (Hydraulicoil).It`the same Viskosität (I don`t no the English word :P ) like W10.Is that O.K.?
