I have purchased a DeSoto and am unsure of the exact model. It is badged as a Custom and looks like 1953 colours, was originally grey. It has three gears on two shifts, is this classed as the tip-toe shift. On doing some research I found that the Deluxe had three gears and the Custom had four. It has the IL6 250cui engine and is logged as 1951. Any suggestions?
Can't see how to add photos.

It's supposed to be fun!
