I need to pull the clock on my 1949 Cusom S11 (same as 1948 S11) but, can't figure out how to do it.
Can anyone help me?

Chuck

I'll try and remember this correctly.

Have an 5/16 "nut driver" Flat Tip #2/ Common
Screw Driver and a movable light. Move the
Driver's Seat to The Most Rear Position. From
The Passenger Side open the door and lay
on your back so your head is under The Dash to
locate The Clock's Power Wire and dis-connect
( at the bolted down terminal or at The "in-line"
Fuse ). Also remove The Light Bulb Unit.

From the behind dash side - locate and remove the
holding bolts/ nuts for The Clocks lower Mounting
Bracket ( pointing downward from #5 position ).

The second holding/ mounting bracket is to the
side of #10-11 position.

My 1947 S-11 has MAR. 47 stamped on it.

Chuck

I forgot to say to Turn The Light On
and to aim it towards the clock as
you are looking.
