Hi All.
I am working on my '49 Desoto Convertible and would like to know the following:
When you open the front door, does the map lights in the dash go on ?
I am wiring my car and the odd thing is the lights only go on when the key is in and on the ACC or ING position. When the ignition is not on the lights will not come on.
Before I spend a day under the dash tracing wires, I would like to make sure that I am not looking for a ghost.
This car has a new wiring harness, so I may have some wires crossed. The back seat in the convertible has two lights in the arm rests, but they are switched.
