I have tried to lower the idle and i can not. Now the idle is so hi it sounds like the motor is ready to blow... the pedle moves freely and still when i start it up the motor roars. Any idea what is going on? Maybe carb or intake leak?

Is the linkage sticking? Is the hand throttle pulled out or stuck? Does the throttle valve close all the way when you take your foot off the gas pedal? How did you try to adjust the idle lower?

Have a nice day
Steve

Thanks, I checked all and then looked down carb and found one screw missing and the other one ready to fall out of the intake butterfly . I didnt find the screw that fell out i guess it is in the motor or already out of it. Put it back together with locktite as of yet did not fire it up. I hope that takes care of the problem, if not i will let you know. Thanks again.............
