I will have to check but i believe it was all engines with exposed bore. 29-33

At it again, last night i installed a new timing chain. Finally found one that was correct. Meyers early dodge had one but no gears are available, i put on the new chain and its nice and tight. The old one had .375 of deflection so now my timing should be more consistent.

In my ebay foynd carb i saw a piece of brass dowel that extends through the top of the carb. When i installed it on my carb i noticed that the arm for the accelerator pump also pushes this dowel up and down which controls the economizer valve. Which runs the carb leaner on cruising speeds.

Ok, i believe i have found my stumble on acceleration. Look at my pictures it is my old carb with the new carbs adjustable main jet.

I'm doing a lot of this type of work on the last components of a motor rebuild for my '66 Fury right now. It's always very satisfying to transform the old parts into like-new pieces!
